Before purchasing a unique, premium premade book cover, please take a few minutes to carefully read the FAQ below. If you have a question that hasn’t been addressed in this guide, please contact me via the contact form and I’ll reply within 48 hours.

DO YOU USE AI GENERATED ASSETS?

Yes, some of the premade book covers in my shop inlude AI generated images. Unless otherwise stated, all premade book covers available in my shop are exclusively human-designed. Premade book covers that include AI generated assets are marked with the following smbol

The user further acknowledges and agrees that any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the use of such designs shall be their sole responsibility. The service provider assumes no liability or responsibility for any consequences resulting from the user‘s use of the purchased design. By purchasing and using the design, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the design.

WHAT IS A PREMADE BOOK COVER?

A premade book cover is a pre-designed book cover that can be purchased and customized with the author’s book title, author name, and other elements specific to the book. Premade book covers are designed in advance without any specific book in mind and can be bought and used by any author who finds a cover that suits their book. Premade book covers can save time and money compared to custom-designed book covers.

CAN I USE THE SAME DESIGN ON MULTIPLE BOOKS IN THE SAME SERIES?

Yes, you can use the same cover for a series of books. An extra fee is required to modify the title for each cover.

CAN I PAY VIA PAYPAL?

Yes, you can. All projects are invoiced via PayPal in USD. Please note that the transfer fees are not included in the cover design price. For more information about the amount PayPal requires to transfer your sum, please contact me or check PayPal’s transfer fee policy on their official website.

I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CAN I PAY WITH MY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?

Yes, you can. You can use your credit or debit cards to purchase your desired book cover via PayPal’s secured money transfer system by signing up for a free Paypal account.

DO YOU DO ANY PAPERBACK DESIGNS AS WELL?

Yes, of course! If you would like to publish your book as a paperback too, then simply choose this option when you complete the contact form. Choosing to add the paperback cover option will add an extra fee to your order. The paperback design includes the front cover, the spine and the back cover design.

DO I HAVE TO CREDIT KINGWOOD CREATIONS IN THE ACKNOWLEDGMENTS SECTION OF MY BOOK?

It is not mandatory to do so, but I greatly appreciate if you choose to credit Kingwood Creations in the Acknowledgments section of your book.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOME CHANGES MADE TO THE COVER DESIGN I CHOSE, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes. Depending on the kind of changes you wish to see, revisions are possible. Please note that only text changes are included in the displayed price, all other changes of design can incur additional fees.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE OF A PREMADE E-BOOK COVER DESIGN?

If no other additional services have been selected, the simple purchase of a premade e-book cover design will give you permission of use of that respecive cover design for your e-book.

IN WHAT FILE TYPES WILL I RECEIVE THE PREMADE BOOK COVER DESIGN?

There are two possible options depending on your order. E-book cover designs are delivered as high resolution JPG files. Paperback and dust jacket designs are delivered as high resolution, 300 dpi, ready-for-publishing PDF files.

DO YOU ALSO DO CUSTOM BOOK COVER ART?

Yes, I also do custom cover design. To receive an estimation of what your custom cover art would cost, please contact me via the general inquiries cotact form.

I DON’T LIKE THE COVER DESIGN I CHOSE, CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

All sales are final. I don’t offer refunds on any purchases. However before you make the payment for the chosen cover design you will have the chance to review the updated cover art, so that you can make sure you are satisfied with the final product.

ARE THE PREMIUM PREMADE BOOK COVERS FROM KINGWOOD CREATIONS UNIQUE? WILL ANYBODY ELSE BE ABLE TO PURCHASE AND USE THE SAME DESIGN?

My premium premade book covers are unique which means there is only ONE book cover available for purchase. Once you purchase a cover design, it belongs to you exclusively and nobody else will be able to buy it again.

WHAT IS THE FINAL SIZE OF THE PREMADE E-BOOK COVER?

The final cover art has a resolution of 3200×2000 pixels wide. This is the recommended KDP size and will look best on any e-book reading device.

ARE THE IMAGES USED IN YOUR PREMADE BOOK COVERS LICENSED?

All images used in my unique premade book covers are licensed under the Standard License offered by Depositphotos.com or are otherwise in the public domain and free for commercial use. If you expect to sell in excess of 500,000 copies of your book, you will need to purchase an additional Extended License for the image(s) used in the cover design of your choice.

UPDATE: As of 2023, some images used in Kingwood Creations’ premade book covers may be AI generated. My intention is to avoid any and all AI generated art, however, since stock image websites have yet to implement a distinct cateogry or marking for AI generated art, it may happen that some images, even if purcahsed with a license of use, are the result of AI generated software.

After you have provided us with all the necessary information, I will prepare the cover art within the next business days.
